As formerly hands-on owners and managers of PR and digital marketing agencies our team is comprised of experts in facilitation and consulting with agency CEO’s, whether they be buyers or sellers, through the entire mergers & acquisitions process. Collectively, we provide every agency owner with such services as preparing him or her to sell his or her agency, how to maximize his or her business and personal assets, how to generate new business, how to protect his or her agency with appropriately- worded contracts and how to prepare CEO’s for the eventual sale of their firm to a well-suited buyer.
Art Stevens literally knows the PR industry at every level and in every aspect, from the inside out and from foundation to pinnacle. Art knows what makes a PR business successful, profitable and valuable. A prolific writer as well as a dynamic executive, Art is subtle, observant and quietly creative, yet not opposed to a good measure of “brandstanding” when appropriate.
Rich joined the firm as Senior Associate in January 2015 and in October of the same year was named Senior Partner.
Rich owned his own public relations agency for eight years and in 1987 merged his firm with LobsenzStevens. For nearly a decade, Jachetti served as an executive vice president and group manager of LobsenzStevens where he worked side-by-side with agency founder and CEO Art Stevens on, among other things, the selection and due diligence of L-S’s subsequent multiple PR agency acquisitions.

Greg Sherry, president of Sherry Communications Consultants (SCC), brings a diverse background to The Stevens Group team. Greg built and sold his own agency to Publicis, and later served in senior positions with G&S Communications and most recently with Kellen, where he served on the Executive Committee and managed the company’s global communications team. Earlier in his career, Greg ran global communications for Spalding Sports Worldwide.
Gerry has four decades of experience in technology, corporate communications and public relations.
